My little girl ever since she was born has always sounded congested while sleeping.  Some days seem to be worse then others and this happened to be the case yesterday. Her congestion seemed to wake her up every hour or so. Wanting to get some sleep and let her get some better sleep I decided to whip up this awesome super easy homemade vapor rub by Thank Your Body.  It worked like a charm and we both slept the rest of the night through.
