Have you heard of the plant yucca? It’s a tuber that is pretty similar to a potato. Well when I heard someone claim it to be the better white potato I was intrigued. I bought some from the store and started to use it in my cooking. I couldn’t believe how much not only myself love it, but my family.  I can’t believe I didn’t hear about yuca sooner and hadn’t tried is sooner.
