When I started to work out more regularly and with a lot more intensity I started to look into things to help my recovery. Of course I saw all the people around me with their shaker bottles filled with commercial protein powders. I figured that was the way to go. I started to look into different protein powders brands in the hopes of finding the right one… and brand after brand was just not living up to my food standards. Which brought me to the question… is protein powder really healthy?
