I love cinnamon. There is very little I don’t like to add it to – milk, icecream, cobbler… the list goes on. There are have been a lot of articles going around these days about if your cinnamon is fake or not. Many will state that one cinnamon is the only true cinnamon while others are just fakes. It seems like a fine distinction between the two and I love this post by Food Renegade about if your cinnamon is real or not. What do you think?
