We all want to be healthy, right? It seems like that is most people’s number one goal when it comes right down to it… some people are a bit more driven towards that goal then others. You know the type… always working out, always posting pictures of their pre-made meals, etc etc. While it’s important to be healthy and having fitness goals is great, it can get a bit extreme.
