Life is busy, stressful, crazy, chaotic, and beautiful. Sometimes the stress and chaos gets in the way of the beauty though! There are many ways we can bring our focus back on the positive in our life – whether that is exercise, reading, or one of my favorites: meditation! I love doing yoga and following that up with some meditation. Next time you are feeling stressed or just need to regroup on your life try out these breathing exercises! You’ll be surprised how great you feel after some mindful meditation.
