Unfortunately if you have heard of those two drinks you know you need a SCOBY sitting around in your kitchen to make them happen. Luckily there are some other awesome lacto-fermented drinks that you can make with just basic ingredients. I love this probiotic lemonade and so do my kids. So easy and so yummy!
