Growing up there was hardly any recipe that my mother cooked that didn’t involve campbells soup of one kinda or another. In fact when I was first married, half out pantry was taken up with these cans as I didn’t know any better either. When we started our journey to real food and I actually looked at the ingredients on the can I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t know 90% of the ingredients and those that I did weren’t great to begin with. We no longer cook with these soups and feel so much healthier for it.
