I love chocolate. There are probably very few people that don’t like chocolate. Luckily there have been many studies out there stating that chocolate can actually be good for your health in the right quantities and of course if it’s the right chocolate. But that always makes me wonder… what is the right chocolate? There are so many options from light to dark to some that give you a percentage… it’s hard to know what is what.
